Robert Wasserman stands out for his experience as both a senior executive and a consultant. With over 25 years in the healthcare industry, Rob has not only provided high-level operational leadership with full P&L responsibility but has also directly guided dozens of organizations through complex transformations as a consultant.
His 16-year career at ECG Management Consultants included serving as a partner, where he advised leading academic, community-based, and private healthcare organizations on operational assessments and strategic initiatives. Following this, Rob spent the past 12 years in C-suite roles within hospital-owned and private medical groups, directly overseeing significant improvements in clinical operations, revenue cycle, and business development opportunities.
This blend of executive and consulting experience equips Rob with a rare perspective and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management's strategic and operational aspects. Rob graduated from Yale University School of Medicine with a Master of Public Health degree and a Bachelor's degree in Health Systems Management from the University of Connecticut.

Eli Wasserman serves as Director of Business Development and Lead Analyst at Wasserman Healthcare Solutions, where he supports client engagements focused on operational improvement, revenue cycle performance, and strategic planning. He works directly with leadership teams to analyze organizational challenges, develop tailored solutions, and contribute to the firm’s business growth and client relationships.
Eli is a senior at the University of Connecticut School of Business, majoring in Healthcare Management and Insurance Studies. He has completed multiple internships across the healthcare industry, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as workflow analysis, technology integration, and market research. Eli brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every project and is committed to helping healthcare organizations implement practical strategies that deliver measurable results.
